This is exactly why we decided to add heat patches to our product range. They provide such effective relief and stay warm for ages. Brilliant that you're getting these for your daughters and making that time of the month a bit more bearable! x

They actually stay heated a long time.

The quality is great, easy to pop into the washing machine, keeps me dry. However i find it doesnt stay securely in place. It keeps moving throughout the day and sometimes bunches up which can be quite uncomfortable. I think this could be improved further probably by changing the way it secures or by the adhering surface being sticky or grippy. I hope they take this into consideration. It could also be slighlty longer for better coverage.
