General Shipping Info:

Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible, however sometimes circumstances are beyond our control.

All orders received are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Please note that international standard shipping services are a 'no signature required' service.

Please allow extra time for rural addresses. Delivery address must be a physical residential or business address - our shipping providers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

RETURNS POLICY:

Please choose carefully - while we do accept returns the box must be unopened and sealed. Cost of any return freight to our New Zealand (or Australia warehouse for our international customers) is covered by the customer.

We can also organise an exchange of items for you if you need to make a size change for Hello Undies purchased as long as the boxes being returned for exchange are unopened and sealed. Shipment costs relating to product exchange (except in the case of an item being faulty) will be covered by the customer.

To return or exchange an item, email hello@helloperiod.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with the correct postal address to return the items to.

We cannot refund or exchange any Hello Period products which have been used or if the packaging has been opened.

If for some reason we’ve managed to muddle up your order, send us an email to hello@helloperiod.com and we’ll sort it out pronto.

We take quality control seriously, but if for some reason you think a faulty product has sneakily slipped under our radar, please contact us within 60 days at hello@helloperiod.com so we can sort it out.
