BREAKING NEWS: NO TARIFFS ON USA ORDERS. Order now and your order will ship from our new warehouse within the USA from 23 September, 2025. 

Our shipping rates and estimated delivery times are below. Shipping delays can happen and are outside of our control. Please ensure you read the tariff (duties and taxes) information that relates to your country. 

All orders received are dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday NZT). Allow extra time for delivery to rural addresses. Delivery address must be a physical residential or business address - our shipping providers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Exciting news for US Hello fans - we now offer shipping from within the US. No tariffs!

UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPEAN UNION

Applicable duties and taxes will be collected at checkout. This means you will not pay additional duties or taxes when your order arrives in your country and hopefully will ensure your order arrives faster.

Please note that while we will always strive to ensure your order gets to you as fast as possible, delays are out of our control. We cannot refund orders, shipping fees or tariffs due to delays or change of mind.

REST OF WORLD

You are responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Unless you are based in the USA, EU, or UK, we do not collect these beforehand. 

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. 

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

RETURNS POLICY

To return or exchange an item, email hello@helloperiod.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with the correct postal address to return the items to.

Please choose carefully and read the below conditions. 

  • We cannot refund or exchange any Hello Period products which have been used or if the packaging has been opened.

  • The cost of any return freight is the responsibility of the customer (unless an item is faulty). 

  • New Zealand returns / exchanged will need to be sent to our New Zealand warehouse. International and Australian returns / exchanges will need to be sent to  our Australian warehouse. 

  • Damaged boxes will not be accepted so please ensure they are protected during transit.

If for some reason we’ve managed to muddle up your order, send us an email to hello@helloperiod.com and we’ll sort it out pronto.

We take quality control seriously, but if for some reason you think a faulty product has sneakily slipped under our radar, please contact us within 60 days at hello@helloperiod.com so we can sort it out.
