Bit of a learning curve to get it in, but it was a breeze to pull out and it was unnoticeable while inserted. I used it for the first time while on a road trip and hiking so I used the cleanser and spray at different points during the trip to stay clean and there were zero accidents or spills. I will definitely be using it from now on instead of pads and tampons!
The best thing ever! I used for a year or so pre baby, then sat in my bathroom drawer for almost 2 years unused during pregnancy and postpartum. When I got my period back I used it straight away, worked simply and easily no questioned asked. I flip the tag under/over to shorter it and can tuck into the vagina. Would recomend wearing with period undies if you are a bit nervous to start, but would highly highly recommend. Only minor thing is I have the original Sea Fog colour and it does discolour over time, but I'm not worried.
I honestly don’t know how I went so long without my Hello Cup. It has completely transformed my period routine for the better! The material is super smooth and flexible. If you’re on the fence about switching to a menstrual cup or looking for a high-quality Kiwi brand that actually delivers on comfort, I cannot recommend the Hello Cup enough. It’s an absolute staple! Thank you for making your packaging simple and to the point without unnecessary extra bags or fillers.
first used a Hello menstrual cup 3 years ago, and it completely changed the way I saw my period.
Before that, my period felt like something inconvenient and something I had to endure. But using the cup helped me transform it into a sacred time to connect with my own body. I still remember the feeling of seeing my own menstrual blood collected in the cup — I felt so much love, appreciation, and connection with myself.
These days, I use a menstrual disc, and it has been working wonderfully for me. As I am leaving New Zealand and travelling for three months before returning to Japan, I purchased the Candy as a storage and sterilising case for my disc.
It is so simple, practical, and easy to use. I truly love it! I’ve also been sharing a little about menstrual cups and discs on my own social media, because I personally hope more people learn that there are different ways to manage periods. Since similar products are available in Japan under different brands, I really hope more people there get to know that there are options like this as well.
Thank you, Hello, for creating products that help people build a more positive and loving relationship with their bodies❤️
