I bought a bunch of stuff. I love the disc, I did cut the first loop off but even the full loop was very comfortable to me. I also bought the reusable liners which I LOVE LOVE LOVE. Theyre great for daily wear, as an extra precaution with the cup or disc, or I'll even use them on that first day that never really counts. I adore that Im not throwing a bunch of stuff out all the time and I can just toss them in the washer.

I just started using this a few days ago and I think it is a game changer. Easy to insert (well first few times were a learning curve), no leakage, comfortable and probably best feature - you can have sex with it!

A few of my friends have been using discs made by other brands for a few years, and have been trying to convince me to try them. I had always been hesitant, thinking it would be uncomfortable and frankly, just a little gross. My periods have always been heavy and my cramps have always been painful, despite using expensive, organic tampons. After researching several companies and reading tons of reviews, I decided to give Hello Period a try, mainly in hopes that it could help with my cramps (and save $40/month on tampons)! The first time I used it, I'll admit, I was a little frustrated-- it took me 3 tries to get it in and situated properly BUT once I did, it changed everything! My cramps were significantly less painful and the disc didnt leak at all-- and I left it in for 12 hours each day, even on my heaviest days! I love that you cannot feel it inside, but that it's easy to find when needed to remove. I still don't know my uterus position, but I have found that flipping the tab/loop is what works best for me.

I used this for the first time and learnt i have a high cervix after an issue getting my disc out on day 3. I was so focused trying to put it in I didnt realise the tab had tucked. Long story short, great product but if you have a high cervix make sure you know that tab is hanging down. Or you will end up in the urgent care on a saturday for an embracing retrieval like I did.

Swapping to your period discs about 4 years ago was the best thing I ever did. I have a copper IUD which means my flow is really heavy, and I am a teacher so changing tampons between classes wasn't always possible, which meant that I would have to wear a pad as well just incase (there was a lot going on down there 😂). But, with the period disc, because it holds so much, I can just carry on with my day and sort it out during a part of my day where I don't have to rush to get back to class. Thank you for making this product, it literally changed my life.
