I actually don't know how I'd survive period week without this barrier spray! I have very heavy flow periods and for the first few days, have to change my disc quite often, so it's hard to keep my hands totally clean when removing it, even with the pulling upward motion. If I'm at home, I keep the barrier spray by my toilet to clean up my hands, and if I'm out out using a public restroom, I can use it for my hands, my disc, and even cleaning the toilet seat before sitting down. It's also made my travels abroad in places that don't have sanitary restrooms doable on my period. 10/10 will always have this spray with me!

I LOVE my new disc! This is my very first time using a disc and it is so easy and convenient. I bought a different brand's microwave steam sanitizer and used it for the first time 2 weeks ago. I have very heavy periods, I usually have to wear a super tampon + a panty liner or pad, or at night I have to wear either an enormous nighttime pad (which never stays in place) or 2 regular pads stacked in front of one another. My Hello disc does not leak or budge, and it is so so extremely comfortable! Even when I move around a lot in my sleep, I felt nothing at all. The tab also makes it very easy to remove, which was the main concern that prevented me from using a disc in the first place. I would absolutely recommend getting one, it's so easy to clean, insert, remove, and sanitize- and it's better for the environment, too! I feel much better about the amount of waste I'm creating now that I have a reusable option.
