I used to have vaginismus, a condition where the pelvic muscles spasm and insertion into the vagina is difficult to impossible. I consider myself mostly cured but have STILL never managed to successfully use a tampon. Lucky for me, the Hello Disc was so insanely easy to use! I had tried cups, and despite being told "you won't feel it," I felt it. I do not feel the Hello Disc! The tab is also so helpful to keep me from having to dig it out. When I can't wear period undies (like going swimming, or on vacation), this disc is my stress/pain free choice.

These period undies are incredibly comfortable. I use them as a backup to my Hello Disk. I’d give them an extra star for being dryer-friendly, which is handy when I need a clean pair quickly. I think I need to buy more! 😆

I was previously using menstrual discs from another company and was happy enough with them, but I decided to try Hello Period's disc and travel case because of the portable cleaning function this travel case provides! I travel quite a bit for work and being able to sterilise my disc in a microwave on the road in this case is SO clever! Thanks for a great product.

I've used my new Hello Disc for one cycle so far and I'm really happy. I'd used discs before from another brand. I really like the way you can loop the tail back through itself to customise how long you want it to be for removal, and I love the design that fits with the portable steaming box that you can use in the microwave for cleaning! So clever. I travel quite a bit for work and the ease of having a portable sterilisation tool won me over!
