Caring for your Hello Disc

It's super easy to look after your menstrual disc. When you remove your Hello Disc from the box, follow the enclosed instructions on how to sterilise it.

After removal, wash your disc with a mild soap, rinse and reinsert. If you are not at home and need to empty your disc in a bathroom with no tap, it's fine to wipe your disc out with toilet paper and reinsert until you are home. At the end of your cycle, sterilise it before you put it away so it's ready to go next time Aunt Flo comes calling.
