Whether you use it daily or just at the end of your cycle, remember it's still important to rinse and wash your Hello Disc or Hello Cup before you sterilise it.
PRO TIP: Sterilising at the the end of your cycle will mean your cup or disc is ready to go as soon as your period arrives next time.

*Our compact Hello Steamy does not fit a Hello Cup High Cervix in size Large. All other Hello Cup sizes are compatible.
