Return Form

To cancel an order, or return or exchange an item, please fill in the form below.

Order cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been received, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any Hello Period products that have been used, worn, or had their packaging opened.

Unless an item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely for transit. Returns received with damaged packaging may not be accepted.
