▸ How To Use
To sterilise your Hello Disc in your Hello Caddy, simply add water to the base (fill to just below the top of the bottom section. Place your Hello Disc inside and secure the lid.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes*; for lower watt microwaves you may need 3 minutes.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing from the microwave.
IMPORTANT: Hello Caddy will be hot to touch. Be careful when removing it from the microwave. Take care when opening the lid as steam may burn.

Clean as needed with a damp cloth and mild soap.
first used a Hello menstrual cup 3 years ago, and it completely changed the way I saw my period.
Before that, my period felt like something inconvenient and something I had to endure. But using the cup helped me transform it into a sacred time to connect with my own body. I still remember the feeling of seeing my own menstrual blood collected in the cup — I felt so much love, appreciation, and connection with myself.
These days, I use a menstrual disc, and it has been working wonderfully for me. As I am leaving New Zealand and travelling for three months before returning to Japan, I purchased the Candy as a storage and sterilising case for my disc.
It is so simple, practical, and easy to use. I truly love it! I’ve also been sharing a little about menstrual cups and discs on my own social media, because I personally hope more people learn that there are different ways to manage periods. Since similar products are available in Japan under different brands, I really hope more people there get to know that there are options like this as well.

This product completely changed my period for the greater good. Periods are easy and I’m not spending heaps of money on tampons anymore. The travel case is the perfect size and very easy to use. 100% recommend!!!

Great but hard to close because it's really flexible wasn't what I was expecting it will pop open if you chuck in your bag but still good for sterilizing

I was previously using menstrual discs from another company and was happy enough with them, but I decided to try Hello Period's disc and travel case because of the portable cleaning function this travel case provides! I travel quite a bit for work and being able to sterilise my disc in a microwave on the road in this case is SO clever! Thanks for a great product.

The perfect addition
I absolutely love my hello disk and this is just another useful add-on for when I'm traveling. I just wish there were a small fill line on the inside to mark how much water to use.

I’ve been really happy with my Hello Caddy. It’s cute, practical, and makes storing and sterilising my disc so much easier! I love that it doubles as a microwave steriliser, so I don’t need to worry about finding a separate container or packing extra bits and pieces. It feels well made, is easy to clean, and has made my routine feel much more convenient. Definitely worth having if you use a Hello Disc!
