If for some reason we’ve managed to muddle up your order, send us an email to hello@helloperiod.com and we’ll sort it out pronto.

We want your decision to purchase a Hello Period product to be the best move you’ve ever made. Please choose carefully - while we do accept returns the box must be unopened and sealed. Cost of return freight to our New Zealand warehouse is covered by the customer. If the item has been used or the packaging has been opened, we cannot provide a refund.

For cups and undies, please check our size guide before you purchase and if you need any additional advice before or after you purchase, just send us an email – we love hearing from our customers: hello@helloperiod.com. If you've accidentally purchased the wrong size of cup or undies, then please get in touch with us about arranging an exchange but note that the the box/es must be unopened and sealed in order for us to process an exchange.

We take quality control seriously but if for some reason you think a faulty product has sneakily slipped under our radar, please contact us hello@helloperiod.com within 60 days of receiving your order so we can sort it out.
