Wear
Put on like regular undies. Good for up to 8 hours depending on your flow.
Rinse
Rinse under cold water until clear. Takes just 30 seconds.
Wash
Machine wash in <30° using a mild detergent, then hang to dry. Ready to go again!
Before first use: Wash your Hello Undies before first use to activate the absorbent technology. Do not use fabric softener.
