Hello Go is your bestie when it comes to keeping your hands and cup protected from nasties for up to 24 hours. Water-based and alcohol-free, Hello Go non-aerosol spray is the perfect size to keep in your bag.

For hands, simply spray on your hands and allow to dry. Your hands will continue to be protected for up to 24 hours even with subsequent washing.

For use with your menstrual cup or menstrual disc, simply rinse or wipe it clean and then spray Hello Go on all surfaces. Allow to dry before inserting.

Each Hello Go spray contains 50mL of amazingness.

Ingredients: 99% purified water and < 1% quaternary ammonium compound (which is derived from sand). Patented formula by Zoono.

We still recommend you sterilise your period cup or period disc at the end of each cycle by using our Hello Steamy steriliser. Alternatively you can boil your cup or disc for three minutes or soak for 15 minutes in water with a 1/4 sterilisation tablet.

A lifesaver for this heavy-flow disc user!!

I actually don't know how I'd survive period week without this barrier spray! I have very heavy flow periods and for the first few days, have to change my disc quite often, so it's hard to keep my hands totally clean when removing it, even with the pulling upward motion. If I'm at home, I keep the barrier spray by my toilet to clean up my hands, and if I'm out out using a public restroom, I can use it for my hands, my disc, and even cleaning the toilet seat before sitting down. It's also made my travels abroad in places that don't have sanitary restrooms doable on my period. 10/10 will always have this spray with me!

Havent really found the need to actually use this as the disc is so good capacity wise and at not leaking, minimising changes i need to do whilst out and about

I love all my hello cup products! When I ordered the hello go spray the nozzle had a defect and wasn't spraying properly but after contacting the team they promptly sent me a new one!

Not for me

I think the cup is probably fine I just think it doesn’t work for me. I have used another brand which is slightly different shape, and heard of hello cup and thought why not try a new one, but it just didn’t work for me, but have friends that love it. I think I have a high cervix so really need a longer cup.

I love this product how I wish I can get it directly from this website to my place. I got mine from period shop now they’re sold out looking to buy more. This is really good when you’re working an 8-hour shift and you’re using public restrooms; it’s a must have for me.

Germs be gone

Lives in my handbag to use when I can't rinse my cup clean . Use it to sanitise my hands too if I can't wash them . Bought 2 more bottles during lockdown and we applied every morning after our first hand wash , great peace of mind for the day.

Love this!

This is so easy to use, absorbs quickly no sticky residue and comes in a great convenient travel friendly size. Have one in my handbag and one in my car. Great for use with the kids as they don't over do it by wasting half the container which we were finding with other gel based brands easy to control how much they use with a spray!
