Hello Cup Low Cervix | Menstrual Cup

I had my last hello cup for years! Cant fault it. It has saved me so much money, and the environmental impact is so positive. I also believe it has reduced period related symptoms for me

I love the idea of the products you create but so far have purchased a disc and now this cup. Neither of which work particularly successfully for me. It’s probably a sizing issue but unfortunately it turns into an expensive exercise when you have to try to guess what is going to be the correct product (and using the quiz as a guide) but it doesn’t work in the way you hoped.

After years of trying various cups I really didn’t think I would find a cup I could use regularly and feel comfortable wearing. I have a low cervix and have often cut off the stems on my usually small cups, but they still can either be too uncomfortable as they’re slightly too long, or they’ve been short and the suction has been too strong. Discs just don’t work for me either. Anyway, saw the sale and thought I’d try the low cervix cup and it is perfect! The first time I needed to adjust it a bit to get it to open, but it was in 8 hours plus and I couldn’t feel it. The suction seal has been no problem to break before removing. The last day of my period it had gone higher and was a bit of stretch to reach, but I could and have never had a cup comfortable enough to wear the whole period. Amazing! I went for medium.

After discovering my cervix sits so low during my period after having my second baby, I immediately went and got one of these cups. Best investment ever!! No leaks, no most frustrating attempts with tampons coming out half full and leaking every time. Highly recommend!

Having tried a couple of cups previously, I found this one after I had a baby and it was a match made in heaven. Really easy to get in and out, perfectly comfortable to wear and reliable on all but the heaviest days. For those potential emergencies I carry a pad but this is very seldom needed. I came here to say this proactively as a very happy customer!

4th time lucky! finally found a cup that fits me comfortably after about 3 years trying!

Absolutely love this. I tried another brand of cup in the past but it didnt work out and was very uncomfortable. After taking the size quiz on this site I figured out I have a low cervix so I opted to try this cup. I can’t notice its in there! So comfortable! I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and this can stay in the whole time with no problems as sometimes I would have no time to change a tampon leading to leaking and paranoia about leaving it in too long. Will never go back!

I’ve been wearing period cups for years, started with a diva cup like many people, but the stem would always poke me. I thought I was wearing it incorrectly or that maybe it wasn’t for me…until I discovered hello cup.

I can’t believe low cervixes are not discussed more often. Thank you hello cup team for making it possible for me to wear a menstrual cup.

I also have low finger dexterity due to an old hand injury and I’m able to over and remove with few issues.

Only negative is that I sometimes forget I’m on my period or wearing a cup at all!

One of the purchases that’s improved my quality of life the most, witch is a pretty tall order!

I have been using cups for about 4 years. I started with a different brand but not for low cervix. And I hated that I could always feel it. Switched to this cup and I will never go back to any other period care.

I have a low cervix. This cup is too long for someone with a very low cervix. It is very uncomfortable. I was disappointed I wanted to support a NZ company. Will the disc be a better option?

I have used quite a few different cups and my sister who also has a low cervix recommended this one. It is one of the easiest to use low cervix cups I have tried.

After starting out with very little knowledge and a more generic style of cup, my Hello cup was a huge leap forward.

The shaping and thickness of the silicone makes it so much easier to place and remove. Mine is the Low Cervix version, so it has no stem, and I haven’t missed that one bit.

Best of all, my Hello cup holds more than my previous one and has never been bulldozed by a heavy peri-menopausal flood… top marks from this happy customer!!

After a year of trying with a different brand cup and having issues with it slipping out, I finally figured out I have a low cervix and decided to give the hello low cervix cup a try. It’s been fantastic, very comfortable and on my first try I was able to go a complete cycle without having to switch to tampons! The shallow punch down only took a few tries to get the hang of. I was worried about removal as there is no stem but it hasn’t been an issue as this cup sits lower. Very pleased thank you so much. 😀

I've been using cups for years and always trimming the stem right off, so it was a revelation to find these low cervix cups without a stem! Amazing. It's just the most comfortable cup and I'm only on day 2 of wearing it. I'll never go back to cups with stems where I'm left with an uncomfortable sensation from the rough bits where the stem had been. I love this cup! The black is great too, love that there won't be any discolouration. Thank you!

First time in my life I felt nothing during my period, it's amazing, I almost forget about it, highly recommended!!

I really like this cup. I've had other cups that have to original shape cup and I could always feel them. Hello cup is very comfortable and I forget it's there. It is different to put in as the top is a little firmer and the sides are thinner than other brands. But once you get use to the technique it is very user friendly. I highly recommend this cup.

I have been using cups for around five years ago, and each time I would find the stem a little bit annoying. When I saw the low cervix cup, I pondered over it for weeks before committing, because I was nervous it would be harder to use. I don’t like to try new ones incase the material is too hard/inflexible (spoiler, this cup is perfect). This cup is pure magic, it has changed the game for me. I don’t really even know if I have a low cervix, but not having a stem has proven to be so much less irritating. And it’s in black so no staining! 10/10

I've been using cups for around 5 years now and the Hello low cervix cup has been the only cup I found truly comfortable. I bought the pack containing both sizes, small and large, and gifted the second to a friend who also is loving it!

Just finished my first period using the Hello Cup and boy do I wish I had done so sooner! The experience was seamlessly simple, and so much better than having to source tampons and carry them with me and change them regularly. This is the only cup or disc that I have found comfortable all day, so much so that I was not at all aware of its presence. I definitely recommend this product to anyone still on the fence!

So good to have options for two different sizes for different times of my cycle.

Very comfortable after struggling with fitting a cup over my low cervix. Still easy to take out without the the annoying protrusion. Highly recommend!

As someone who has a very low cervix and hasn’t been able to use cups before this has been a godsend. It’s taking a little getting used to but I’ll master it soon enough.

I initially had the regular hello cups before this and was always irritated by the stem jabbing into me, so much so that I cut them off! haha. So when I saw this come out I was so excited and it made my entire experience with periods much more peaceful. My absolute favourite!

YES!!!! Finally a cup that suits. I've been through hundreds of dollars worth of cups, never quite finding 'the one'. I gave up for a few years, and then thought I'd give hello cups a try. Customer. For. Life. I'm sold. From the informative website to the packaging, the quality, and the easy instructions, I had an easy period for the first time in a LOOOOONG time. Very very happy. Would recommend to anyone!

I was a long time user of a normal menstrual cup, but after having my second baby it was super uncomfortable. I’ve received my low cervix hello cup and all pain and discomfort is gone- I’m so happy to be able to go back to using a cup again, I barely even remember that I’m on my period 🙌

Much less leaks (none at all yet) than my previous cup, it took a second to figure out how to get it to pop out properly because the material is quite thick, but I'm getting there!

Nice to try a cup that doesn't have a bothersome toggle & fits inside. Have only used for one cycle yet & found that no toggle makes for a lil more probing than usual, that'll take getting used to. Great that it's short enough to fit inside without peeping out like a previous cup I'd tried (which was much too big).
I got the double pack & as a 35yr old, post babies the small size was just fine. But will still try the large potentially for heavier day

This cup is comfy, isn't leakproof for me but does a good job, and is designed perfectly for a low cervix.

My only real gripe is that I *really* despise coloured cups. I've had one other brand before this cup, and it did not stain nearly as badly; I wash my cup per instructions and it's still GRIMLY stained.

Would love to see every single cup made by Hello come with an option to be ordered in black. I've already chosen my next low cervix cup based on slightly different measurements and the option to order in black. Having a stained cup in my bathroom drawer is a little hard to look at when itsy only a year and a half old.
