Okay, I need to talk about my experience with Hello Period because they genuinely gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had 😭

I ordered the Hello Cup Small in black and didn’t realize the storage bag wasn’t included. While support investigated the issue, I tried the cup anyway — and after YEARS of struggling with menstrual cups because of my anatomy, it was FINALLY perfect for me.

Then during my first removal attempt, I accidentally pierced it with my nail and ruined it 💔 Completely my fault.

Even so, the Hello team ended up giving me a free replacement cup AND the storage bag 😭 They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and they honestly earned a lifelong customer 🖤

Game changer!

This is the first time using Hello Disc, and it took me almost 1 year to browse around to see which one is the best and decide to pick the Hello one. It's a game changer, and I'm wondering how they could have invented this new magical technology. Good job!
