Both our models are wearing a size Small. They would normally wear a Youth 12 -14 or Small Adult.
Choose your normal size. Period swimwear should be worn firm so if you are between sizes, we'd recommend sizing down.

How Do They Work?
Hidden inside The One swimsuit is clever technology to let you swim with confidence when you’re on your period.
The One swimsuit contains multiple built-in layers designed to absorb menstrual blood while keeping water out. The top layer of the gusset will wick moisture away from the body and into the absorbent core which is designed to lock it in. A waterproof outer layer then prevents anything from leaking out.
The One Swimsuit is designed for a light to medium flow.
Care Guide
Wash your Hello Swimwear before first use to activate the absorbent technology. After each wear, rinse in cold water until water runs clean and then machine wash in <30 degrees using a mild detergent. Line dry inside out. Do not use fabric softener.
