Sleek, discrete with coverage where it matters, the timeless crossback design of The One will make this your go-to swimsuit every time. No need for tampons or pads, this period-proof swimsuit has an absorbent gusset that wicks period blood away and locks it in.

Made from OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 fabrics, with no added PFAS.

Both our models are wearing size Medium. They'd normally wear a size 12.

Choose your normal size. Period swimwear works best with a snug fit so if you are between sizes, we'd recommend sizing down.

How Do They Work?

Hidden inside The One swimsuit is clever technology to let you swim with confidence when you’re on your period.

The One swimsuit contains multiple built-in layers designed to absorb menstrual blood while keeping water out. The top layer of the gusset will wick moisture away from the body and into the absorbent core which is designed to lock it in. A waterproof outer layer then prevents anything from leaking out.

The One Swimsuit is designed for a light to medium flow.

Care Guide

Wash your Hello Swimwear before first use to activate the absorbent technology. After each wear, rinse in cold water until water runs clean and then machine wash in <30 degrees using a mild detergent. Line dry inside out. Do not use fabric softener.

Lining: 190gsm 82% Polyester+18% Nylon（Waterproof）
Gusset: Top layer: 100% Polyester; Middle: 280gsm 88% polyester+12% Nylon; Leakproof layer: Breathable TPU

Perfect Swimwear My Daughter Actually Loves

I was so happy with this swimwear! We got it just in time for a holiday, and it was such a relief to know she didn’t have to miss out and didn't have to worry about inserting anything which I know she wouldn't do. The design is really flattering and age-appropriate, she now just wears them as her regular togs because you can’t even tell they’re period swimwear. She loves them, and I’m so grateful you created something she can wear confidently and comfortably all the time. Totally worth it!

These are seriously amazing. I was invited to be part of the test group and they get a big tick from me. I actually wore them pretty much all summer even when I wasn't on my period. They are good quality and felt really secure. Sizing is true to size which was good too as other brands I've tried have run small.
