1. Washing your Hello Undies and Pads
Always wash your period undies and pads before first use. This activates the multi-layered absorbent material. Place your period undies and reusable pad in a cool wash (40°C or 105°F - or below). Make sure you turn the undies inside out when washing so the gusset gets well-rinsed.
You can also hand wash if you prefer. Use your usual washing powder or liquid.
Don’t dry clean or use fabric softener/conditioner, antibacterial sprays or bleach. These will affect the fabric absorbency and possibly degrade the fabric.
2. Drying your Hello Undies and Pads
Line Dry -
You can hang your undies (inside out) or pads to dry. Hello Undies will take a little longer than regular undies to dry, due to the layers of absorbent material - similar to a thick pair of sports socks.
