These discs are made with a stiffer silicone than the ones I usually wear, so it makes them a little harder to squeeze them together to insert them with nerve issues in my hands. The loops take some trial and error on the most comfortable way to wear them, but once you find the right way you're golden. Haven't had any leaks using them, though, which is better than my other menstrual disks but i think that is because they fit better for me.

I actually don't know how I'd survive period week without this barrier spray! I have very heavy flow periods and for the first few days, have to change my disc quite often, so it's hard to keep my hands totally clean when removing it, even with the pulling upward motion. If I'm at home, I keep the barrier spray by my toilet to clean up my hands, and if I'm out out using a public restroom, I can use it for my hands, my disc, and even cleaning the toilet seat before sitting down. It's also made my travels abroad in places that don't have sanitary restrooms doable on my period. 10/10 will always have this spray with me!
Hi Marie, we're so happy to hear this spray makes such a difference for you! Thanks for sharing your experience and for trusting Hello Period!
