HELLO CUP SIZE BREAKDOWN
Our XS is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.

I got the black version because I didn't want to deal with staining, and also was curious if a smaller cup would help with cramping less. So far so good on both counts :)

Using the cup was a bit weird at first and i struggled to fold it correctly and insert it properly for about 15 mins but then again i probably struggled about the same amount the first time i used a tampon. However no matter the struggle i am super exited to be using such a great product and be helping our environment in any way, even with the learning curves involved :)

Super easy to use. I have struggled with heavy, painful periods since I was about 8 years old. I have recently switched to reusable products and in the last few months I have already saved money. Using the cup has stopped a lot of the pains and discomfort and I only have to empty it once during the work day (compared to 4 times using pads/tampons)

I recommend the Hello cup to everyone. I have had mine for 4 years and it is still going strong. It took a couple of cycles to master but stick with it and it gets easier! Main positive is the erasure of smell. If you are someone who does lots of activities and gets out and about, travel becomes so much easier and stress-free as you don't have to worry about disposing of sanitary items. Going to be trying the disc soon. p.s. love how these reusable items result in not having to budget for sanitary costs.

It was a bit stressful the first couple of days of using it as I didn't relax my pelvic floor to get it out but once I worked out how to do that it was great! No more gross bin full of tampons to empty at the end of the week.
